Click on the title of this post to read an article in Boston Globe about Judge Nancy Gertner allowing a webcam in the courtroom for the high profile case of Boston University graduate student Joel Tennenbaum for illegally downloading music. Tennenbaum's attorney, Prof. Charles Nesson (Harvard, Berkman Center) requested judge Gertner to allow the public access. The plaintiff Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) had opposed the motion. The webcast will be "narrowcast" to the
Berkman Center website. I don't see an announcement there this morning, but perhaps it's early.
