Rage! Pentagon balked at pleas from officers in Iraq for safer vehicles

USA Today amazed me again, with an indepth article exposing how the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Pentagon hierarchy have rebuffed requests from American troops in Iraq for safer vehicles that have long been available, and would have prevented many deaths from roadside bombs and mines.
