Nearly Half Of All Data Breach Happens At IHEs

If it seems like nearly every other report of a major computer security breach that can lead to identity theft has happened at a college or university, well, that's because nearly 50% of them are happening at IHEs. At least that is according to new reports from the San Diego-based Identity Theft Resource Center. As a result, IHEs are starting to get a bad public image when it comes to identity theft.
